The ICE Conference produced valuable information on the state and future of health care initiatives of interest and value to ICE members and associated organizations. Because only a fraction of those for whom this information is of interest are able to attend our annual conference we are making the material more broadly available on CD-ROM.

The audio of all conference sessions is provided in MP3 format. You must have an MP3 player to listen to the audio on the CD-ROMs. You have the option of ordering an individual CD-ROM for a session of interest, or the entire conference on a single CD-ROM. Each CD-ROM contains the following materials:
