Jemmé Durrow is the Senior Manager of Network Compliance at Blue Shield of California, where she leads regulatory and quality compliance survey efforts and reporting initiatives. With over 24 years of experience at Blue Shield, Jemmé is a recognized expert in Timely Access Reporting (TAR) and network adequacy standards. For the past eleven years, Jemmé has co-led the Health Industry Collaboration Effort (HICE) DMHC Access Regulations Team and Workgroup, fostering cross-industry collaboration to improve access compliance and regulatory alignment. Her leadership has helped shape practical solutions that benefit both health plans and providers. Outside of her professional role, Jemmé actively participates in community outreach initiatives through Blue Shield programs such as Operation Vet and Shield Cares. A proud aunt and godmother, Jemmé lives in Stockton, California with her partner Gregory and their dog Tyson.
